so that we can let you know what's sold
and to reduce errors at checkout. 

Please make sure we can match the item on the shelf with the item in the database. If your artwork has individual titles, please bring it in labelled consistently. You may also just number your pieces and add the corresponding number in 'Title or description' field.


We're still working out the kinks on the system so bear with us, and let us know if there are ways we can improve this form!
